Gail worked on my wound with unflagging dedication, humor and competence. When one method appeared to be ineffective, she changed without being locked into a favorite method. She constantly consulted with others, on and off site, to try to improve the result. She involved me in her decision making and cared about my progress. In short, she was an excellent caregiver as well as a pleasure to work with.
